Pros
Great culture and coworkers. Not micromanaged and encouraged to work independently. Fantastic PTO and benefits.
Cons
Stressful. Workload can be overwhelming at times. I would say half the adjusters in the region do 80% of the work, while the other half do the bare minimum. It became increasingly disappointing working twice as hard for the same pay as those that didn't put in their full effort. If you are one that works hard you'll likely be given more responsibility and expected to fix problems created by others.
