Pros

It never does. From the moment I stepped into onboarding, I knew it was my last stop. Pay is decent, benefits are superior, the job itself is easy, once you get into live calls. Flexible scheduling. DEI allies, and feeling valued. One on one coaching sessions the entire time you train, they pay to license you, they provide equipment.

Cons

It can be stressful until your comfortable. You have to be 100% focused the entire time or you will miss something.

Pros

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Cons

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
