Needs New Management - Anonymous employee Proliance Surgeons Employee Review

Upper management does not listen to anyone. No matter how much feedback you give, positive or negative, nothing is even taken into account and nothing ever changes. Often feel talked down to/disrespected by my superiors even when I work extremely hard in my position. Very little room for advancement or growth. I have attempted to grow or transfer to a new position but after months of trying I haven't gotten anywhere. Empty promises.
