Horrible management ... it's all about the money - Anonymous employee Proliance Surgeons Employee Review

Management does not listen! No opportunity for advancement. There is no organization here, everyone just does what they think is right and there is really no guidance. Main surgeon/ partner/leader of clinic is rude and makes employees feel like they are JUST employees. Too little pay for the work load. At the end of the day its all about the money around here! Very badly organized company!
