Management is horrid! HR was especially horrendous. Myself and others had constant troubles and went to HR to discuss these issues and nothing was done. When you can't believe in your own HR department, you know something is terrible wrong with a company. They tell you they believe in Customer Service but they truly don't. It's all about the money with Proliance, which is a shame because the doctors are amazing!! I don't work for them anymore and I still hold on to my Proliance doctor.
