Upper management is unprofessional - Anonymous employee Proliance Surgeons Employee Review

I legitimately hated working here. Upper management never communicates their plans but you are somehow expected to guess and plan accordingly. Nobody considers your life outside of work when scheduling you. They make promises they will not fulfill; better schedules, better positions, even time off! The people who are long-timers here are under appreciated and over worked, 100%. I actually feel bad for a lot of them. HR will not back you even if they seem nice. The truth is, everyone goes along with what upper management says for fear of losing their job. Managing through intimidation is not a healthy work environment.
