Benefits are lacking - Anonymous employee Proliance Surgeons Employee Review

Healthcare benefits are self-funded through Proliance so the company is exempt from covering many otherwise required services...I was not aware of the exemptions until I was stuck with multiple medical bills as a result of the self-funded rules. Out of pocket expenses for medical coverage are very high. If benefits are important to you, I would look elsewhere for a position.
