If I could give negative stars I would. Worst place to work. Negative management. Full of bullying from management. Regular employees do not have a voice and get talked down to. Everything is about money ahead of quality patient care. Legitimate HIPPA concerns and quality of care issues will get swept under if it saves the practice money. No leadership in the back office, don’t even know where management can be found half the time. Lots of turnover, patients suffer and all the problems throughout the practice are caused by poor management and poor communication. Do not expect management to advocate for you if anything personal comes up. Servant leadership is not something management has probably ever heard of. All management does is rule via emails and texts at all hours of the day or night. They will expect you to work without pay. If you set boundaries or tell them no you will get penalized and demoted.
