Pros

I've worked at Promark for a few years now. I started as an Interviewer and have been promoted to/worked as a Monitor, Supervisor, Trainer, Manager, and even at the Corporate Office. Every part of this job teaches so many skills that help you not only succeed in the current position, but also make you more marketable for future jobs! As an Interviewer, you have the opportunity to experience phone and in-person interviews, constantly work to improve communication skills, reading skills, experience and deal with many different personalities, and learn about current events and the opinions of people all over the US. There are opportunities for promotions to a variety of positions, and in these you can gain experience in managing/supervising employees, quality control, Microsoft Office, mentoring/training others, and organization/time management skills - just to name a few! Working at Promark is great as a first job, or as an additional part-time job. You can pick what days you work, the people are nice and approachable, and it's very easy work.

Cons

You find out about the shift times the day of - however it is sent out via text and email, so you know ASAP.

Pros

*Work from Home, *No complex equipment needed *flexible hours, choose the days you are willing to work *every Friday and Saturday off, but you can work if you want to

Cons

There can be weeks without work, so this is a great second job. This is not the best fit for a primary job.
