Cons

People hate telemarketers, even if you're not selling anything so you get yelled at constantly. Hours make it difficult to have a regular life. Management just says the same things over and over instead of giving actual positive feedback.

There can be weeks without work, so this is a great second job. This is not the best fit for a primary job.
