You can select which days you would like to work/schedule flexibility Hiring process is quick Work from home You can get off work early some days

Cons

-Heavily micro-managed -Hours are not guranteed -You are gonna be making hundreds of calls each day and will get yelled at, constantly rejected and harrased -Management tries to create competitive atmosphere by constantly posting the metrics Overall 1/5; would never want to work here unless it was my last resort. Even then, I would look elsewhere. Glad im free

There can be weeks without work, so this is a great second job. This is not the best fit for a primary job.
