Pros

you get to talk to many different kinds of people and some of them are nice because they know your job isn't easy

Cons

- little to no breaks during long hour shifts (only 1 or 2 per shift and they last about 10-15 mins long after hours of work) - you get hanged up on a lot sometimes for the entire shfit - a lot of people are rude and that's just a normal day on. the job

There can be weeks without work, so this is a great second job. This is not the best fit for a primary job.
