Pros
I just got recognized for my 2-year anniversary. I only have knowledge of my work-at- home team, boss, and supervisors. It is true that if you're not familiar with this type of work like I was, it can feel like (as I saw one post say) after training, you're being thrown to the wolves. It just feels that way, not how it is. No one expects you to be perfect in the beginning and you will make mistakes. There are several ways to communicate and encouraged to do so if you don't know or remember. But you are expected to take and follow any guidance that is given and not repeat the same issues multiple times. With each passing shift you have no choice but to feel more confident in what you're doing which also automatically reflects in your work.
Cons
The cons are I work a full-time job as well and sometimes sleep is a little lacking and would enjoy an additional small break for days that have a full scheduled shift, but then I get my paycheck. I have no real complaints. I've lived half my life, had many jobs, and am old enough to never work anywhere I didn't get some enjoyment, benefit, challenge, and/or support. All boxes are checked here.
