Pros

There are still some incredibly talented and dedicated employees doing their best to keep things running despite constant change. The individual contributors genuinely care about the work and the customers. The employees who remain are hardworking and dedicated, often doing the jobs of two or three people after every “cost-cutting” round. The talent and teamwork among individual contributors are the only things holding this company together.

Cons

This company has become addicted to layoffs. Every time the earnings statement looks bad, another round of cuts happens — not because of strategy, but optics. Entire departments are wiped out without understanding what they actually do, only for leadership to realize after the fact that no one is left to perform critical functions. It’s chaos disguised as restructuring. Leadership appears completely out of touch with how the company runs day to day. Decisions are made in a vacuum, transparency is nonexistent, and morale is at an all-time low. The focus seems to be on protecting executive bonuses and shareholder smiles rather than building a stable, innovative business. Product quality has dropped, innovation has stalled, and the company’s reputation is circling the drain. It’s impossible to stay competitive when you’ve systematically dismantled the teams who knew the customers best.

Pros

People who care ERGs until they were wiped out

Cons

Benefits were pretty decent until they jacked up the costs by hundreds of dollars per paycheck. Management is rubbish and the C Suite is even worse.
