Great work-life balance but lot's of ego's - Anonymous employee Promethean World Employee Review

Smart people in technology (non-leadership) but the business makes decisions with blinders on. Most strategic decisions are made based on self interest, internal politics, power & influence - not focused on providing external value to the market. Sr. Management has a history of moving from one company to the next with failing results. Company recently sold to Chinese tech firm. Few checks and balances and/or accountability on certain leadership executives, become very hostile and bullying when failing decisions questioned, do not seek or acknowledge process improvement suggestions.
