EdTech might give you a false buzz that you’re doing something good. For a profit.

Cons

Complete lack of leadership at any level. Speak up about any of the very obvious flaws and you will be punished harshly and publicly If you happen to have a dissenting view, you will be shoved aside. Hard. Hip check style.

Pros

People who care ERGs until they were wiped out

Cons

Benefits were pretty decent until they jacked up the costs by hundreds of dollars per paycheck. Management is rubbish and the C Suite is even worse.
