HORRIBLE LEADERSHIP! They keep laying off the people that do the work, but the company is underperforming because of the decisions the ELT is making. They constantly change their mind and can't commit to a strategy! Also, several members of the leadership team are super toxic and driving away great talent. Not sure why nobody is noticing this. I was so excited when I first joined and the work we were doing, but the leaders are so out of touch and simply refuse to listen to their managers and teams. It's sad to see what was once a market-leader slowly go down the drain. For our customers, I would no longer endorse a Promethean product. The support is no longer going to be there and innovation will stall.
