Pros
Before the huge layoff, my co-workers were fanstatic. Wonderful, talented people that kept that company running. Work life balance used to be quite good.
Cons
Management. They don't know what they're doing. It may be partly from the parent company but management is so divorced from reality they are unable to be strategic. I don't think their intention is to ruin the company but they are. They should listen to their staff, spend more time understanding the company's true capacities and understand their customers.
