Pros

Prometheus is a forward thinking company that has left the old school ways in the past. They have created an amazing culture that makes you feel good to work for and sell the company. They have some very nice properties and seem to be growing their portfolio in great volumes.

Cons

The size of the teams they put together can sometimes not support the expectation and there is burn out.

Pros

Great working environment and great people. This was a re-hire and they still treat me with warm welcome. I always enjoy the atmosphere of the office and all other locations. Prometheus really invest many efforts to brand its culture and design.

Cons

I have not encountered any negative experience.

Pros

Prometheus is a People focused business. I've always felt like my opinions and ideas are valued. There is ample opportunity for career advancement, and no shortage of leaders and mentors that will support you. Employee benefits are excellent. Full medical, dental and vision benefits for employees and their families. Fairly accrued PTO and Sick time, paid time off for birthdays, holidays, as well as Veterans' Day for vets. company holiday and summer events are a great time. Prometheus gives back to the community. Plenty of Opportunities for volunteer work in various programs like Habitat for Humanity and Bay Area Family Giving Tree. Other Impacts include building and donating parks to Cities we operate in, and the UCSF Helen Diller Hospital under construction in San Francisco. Prometheus is a privately owned business and focuses on quality and brand in ways that matter. while managing expenses is important to our success as a business, it takes a backseat when it comes to making sure we provide excellent and professional service. Not having to adhere to the decisions of shareholders like some of our biggest competitors do, allows us more creative freedom and options to provide our customers with quality service.

Cons

Employee housing benefits have recently improved, but there's still opportunity to further options.
