Fairly accrued PTO and Sick time, paid time off for birthdays, holidays, as well as Veterans' Day for vets. company holiday and summer events are a great time. Prometheus gives back to the community. Plenty of Opportunities for volunteer work in various programs like Habitat for Humanity and Bay Area Family Giving Tree. Other Impacts include building and donating parks to Cities we operate in, and the UCSF Helen Diller Hospital under construction in San Francisco. Prometheus is a privately owned business and focuses on quality and brand in ways that matter. while managing expenses is important to our success as a business, it takes a backseat when it comes to making sure we provide excellent and professional service. Not having to adhere to the decisions of shareholders like some of our biggest competitors do, allows us more creative freedom and options to provide our customers with quality service.
