Pros

The attention to detail and the resources provided so far have been a worthwhile experience. I feel the volume of information is attainable which assists me in doing my work. I never feel like I'm alone, despite being alone in the office at times. All trainings have also been impactful to our daily tasks.

Cons

Provide some mixers type or team building activities. This will enable us to find out more about our team and unify us to better work together. Sundays should be more familial, and the leasing office should diminish office hours, or we should be closed like other Neighborhoods and/or like Chik-Fil-A. By having this restful day, we can decompress and have a fresh mindset ready to work on Monday.

Pros

Prometheus is a People focused business. I've always felt like my opinions and ideas are valued. There is ample opportunity for career advancement, and no shortage of leaders and mentors that will support you. Employee benefits are excellent. Full medical, dental and vision benefits for employees and their families. Fairly accrued PTO and Sick time, paid time off for birthdays, holidays, as well as Veterans' Day for vets. company holiday and summer events are a great time. Prometheus gives back to the community. Plenty of Opportunities for volunteer work in various programs like Habitat for Humanity and Bay Area Family Giving Tree. Other Impacts include building and donating parks to Cities we operate in, and the UCSF Helen Diller Hospital under construction in San Francisco. Prometheus is a privately owned business and focuses on quality and brand in ways that matter. while managing expenses is important to our success as a business, it takes a backseat when it comes to making sure we provide excellent and professional service. Not having to adhere to the decisions of shareholders like some of our biggest competitors do, allows us more creative freedom and options to provide our customers with quality service.

Cons

Employee housing benefits have recently improved, but there's still opportunity to further options.
