Pros

Great product. Nice work-life balance. Free soda

Cons

People write reviews on Glassdoor for a reason so anyone looking for a job/position with this company should take the "cons" seriously. This company does not care about it's employees. All Exec "leadership" and CFO care about is keeping investors happy and this causes the very high turn over rate in the sales organization. They cut territories up so small that it makes it extremely difficult to hit/exceed your quota. Management will make changes in the middle of the quarter or the year with out advanced warning and this screws so many things up. When employees ask about it, we always get the answer that "this is a growing company - deal with it." This affects the company culture and moral. People complain and it makes for a negative working atmosphere. The mid-enterprise segment get's lost and forgotten about. All the EVP of sales cares about his her Enterprise and Named Account teams as they bring in the biggest deals. Think twice before applying with this company. No incentive money in sales - Really?? Executive's act like they care, but never do anything to change what employees are telling them. CFO is a tigh wad Hardly any leaders, only managers who have gotten promoted for being high achievers.

Pros

fairly lax with lots of time to do things

Cons

many. Former CEO ran things poorly and took in managers who brought along their problems and animosities with them. Not only that, they were allowed to invite their friends to come and join too, many of them owing their jobs to someone creating a bro culture. Even though top mgmt changed since the sale, its many of these people still there to this day. Most of the systems were a black box, existing engineers were mostly uncooperative to keep their knowledge to themselves, the offshore engineers in one particular country were especially bad for this. I have seen major accomplishments achieved by someone, where so many others had failed, only to get fired soon after.
