Territories are shrinking MUCH TO RAPIDLY Quota's set too high, and everybody has the same number no matter the account history or performance Less than 15% of salesforce made their number in 2017 Little compensation upside (magnified by the quota issue) So MUCH paperwork & mandatory internally focused activities
