Pros
There's still some caring and supportive culture towards the bottom of the company.
Cons
The company is completely screwed. It was a great company to work for for 10+ years, had an amazing and supportive employee culture, with great success on the market. But then it was handed over to new management who implemented layoffs, RTO, and openly mocked anyone who was hurt by the decision re: childcare ("my problems are your problems and your problems are your problems" - said several times by Sumit Dhawan). The CEO hired a security detail to protect himself from his own employees. That should really tell you how things are going. It sucks, because I really want to like this company and continue working here, but I can't justify it any more. And even if I stayed, the company will probably go under in the next 5 years after this chaos.
