Technology and C-level leadership understands the market and business. Unbelievable amount of training for sales teams to learn the technology and sell. Need more sales training. Good place to get some tech experience if you can put up with low sales, then take your tech to other companies.
Cons
Great senior leader hired a year ago and fundamentally changed the work ethic and environment. Much more professional. Last month a major change in sales leadership in Utah pushed that leader out. A real lack of understanding of the value and experience of that leader. Bad move. Politics and immature home-grown management caused the shake up. I will not stay here much longer. Sales comp plans are much lower than other tech firms in Utah. No 401K matching. No team events.
