Pros

The people I worked with in support are phenomenal. I couldn't ask for much better. Everyone was willing to help each other out for the most part, from the newest members to the account managers to the network teams, etc. The last day for many is the end of June, 2024.

Cons

Since the new CEO took position back in December, a "restructuring" is taking place that resulted in elimination of a lot of good people from their positions, replaced by cheaper elsewhere in the world. I'm expecting to see support take a nosedive, to the detriment of the customers. After the new people have been in the job for 6+ months, they'll be able to handle most of the regular items, but it takes a long time to learn the products and their nuance. Customers would do well to be patient through to the end of 2024, at least, as they learn.

Pros

The team is diverse and due it being a large company, procedures are pretty established. That's literally it.

Cons

Uncommunicative staff, uncertainty and lack of communication when it comes to job security, and cold impersonal treatment that makes people feel like robots instead of humans. Employees are getting replaced by AI because of the greedy investment firm that owns this company so if you work here, good luck to you-management is actively trying to replace you my love! The hilarious part is that they don't even try to hide it and they try to make it seem like a positive thing that you will be out of a job due to AI with their ludicrous All Hands meetings and presenting their dystopian AI implementations in a positive light. Ridiculous! Micromanaging is extreme to the point where it's laughable. In my 10 years of being in the workforce I have never seen this level of silly nitpicking. I am in a constant state of anxiety and never knowing where I stand with management. Entry level employees are disposable and middle management is overworked, often doing the jobs of several entry level employees and working weekends to save the company money which is so heartbreaking.
