Terrible company and HR Onboarding - Human Resources Generalist ProperSys Employee Review

Terrible communication. Terrible HR onboarding. Terrible Company. I received a job offer for the HR Generalist position in Phoenix, AZ! My job offer said start date June 20, 2022. One of the managers wanted me to start earlier on the 6/15. I quit my good job and moved to AZ for the position. Later found out background was still pending due to backlog/COVID delays. No further communication because the HR person left. Finally got a hold of another HR person and found out my offer was rescinded because of the background check delay. Terrible response by the management team. Didn’t even care I quit and moved to AZ for the position. Don’t work there!!!!
