-Lots of positive changes: new office, more funding, new CEO -Great culture: this group loves to stay in and have lunch together and then after hours they like to hang out at the nearby bars and restaurants -Fun events: culture committee is always creating new and fun games for the teams to do (holiday party, puzzle night, trivia) -Collaborative and respectful teams -Friday Breakfast and a stocked kitchen -Training for new hires -Lots of positive updates regarding new policies and procedures -Open environment

-Growing pains can sometimes lead to questions about new processes -Too many meetings can be a bit distracting during your day to day
