Pros
Propertybase is a great place to be because creativity and out-of-the-box thinking is always encouraged and good ideas are implemented quickly if they make sense. You always know that Sr. management has your back and are there to support you long-term. The process of providing new technology to a market that needs it is rewarding, interesting, and challenging.
Cons
Upgrading some benefits in the future. Difficult for an international company with employees that have different needs based on location, but hopefully a goal for 2014
