Pros

Pros to working at Prophet Homes is there is not only a community of members backing you and constantly supporting you, but there is a personal team that is always pushing you. Working here at prophet homes you truly get to understand what kind of a person you are. The team of specialized agents strive to always help you and make sure you have the utmost support. We get access to specialized off market deals to bring to our investors that make transactions smooth. Beyond the team and community the system we use are very friendly and understanding how our systems work is a breeze.

Cons

Cons of working at prophet homes are not a lot. We are contracted out to be working on commission only, what that means is no guaranteed paycheck. However that is not necessarily a con, that leaves it up to us as an individual to constantly give our maximum effort to chase a sale constantly. No other negatives for the company

Pros

- The earning potential is really unlimited. The harder and smarter you work, the more you can make. - A lot of room for growth if you're willing to put in the effort. Leadership opportunities are there for people who earn them. - I enjoy helping train and mentor newer acquisition agents and seeing them succeed. - It's rewarding knowing that the deals I bring in help create opportunities and paychecks for the sales team. - Nobody is looking over your shoulder all day. You have a lot of freedom and control over your schedule. - You can work from pretty much anywhere as long as you have a phone and internet. - Every day is different, which keeps the job interesting.

Cons

- If you're not self-motivated, this job can be tough. Nobody is going to force you to stay productive. - The flexibility is great, but it can also be a trap if you don't manage your time well. - Paychecks can be inconsistent at times because your income is tied to your performance. - This isn't really a "clock in at 9 and clock out at 5" type of job. If you want to be successful, you'll probably find yourself answering calls and handling things at random hours. - Work-life balance can be challenging at times because opportunities don't always happen during business hours. - The freedom comes with a lot of responsibility, and not everyone is comfortable with that.
