Pros

The culture we are building here is nothing short of incredible. It’s uplifting, fun, and truly supportive. Leadership not only believes in you but also encourages your autonomy and helps you find what works best for you and your team. Collaboration is a cornerstone of our environment, not just within our office but across all offices and teams. Egos are checked at the door, and we focus on building each other up and sharing ideas. What truly sets us apart is the leadership at the top. They lead by example, listen to everyone, and are genuinely excited to hear and implement ideas that can drive positive change. There’s a constant push for growth and improvement, and the entire team is motivated to be better every single day.

Cons

For me, there never seems to be enough time in the day to get everything I want done—I love this job and I want to see our team at the top of the company. For new hires: This is a fast-paced environment, and you’ll get out of it what you put in. The company provides all the training, tools, and support you need to succeed, but the effort and commitment have to come from you. As independent contractors, you have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, but success here requires dedication and focus—especially during your first 90 days. We know from experience that those first three months are crucial to your long-term success. While we can only suggest how you approach your work, we set high expectations because we understand what it takes to thrive in this business. To make the most of the opportunity, it’s essential to take full advantage of the training, spend time in the office, and immerse yourself in the process. Whether it’s coming in early, staying late, or putting in extra effort, those who commit during this critical period set themselves up for incredible results.

Pros

- The earning potential is really unlimited. The harder and smarter you work, the more you can make. - A lot of room for growth if you're willing to put in the effort. Leadership opportunities are there for people who earn them. - I enjoy helping train and mentor newer acquisition agents and seeing them succeed. - It's rewarding knowing that the deals I bring in help create opportunities and paychecks for the sales team. - Nobody is looking over your shoulder all day. You have a lot of freedom and control over your schedule. - You can work from pretty much anywhere as long as you have a phone and internet. - Every day is different, which keeps the job interesting.

Cons

- If you're not self-motivated, this job can be tough. Nobody is going to force you to stay productive. - The flexibility is great, but it can also be a trap if you don't manage your time well. - Paychecks can be inconsistent at times because your income is tied to your performance. - This isn't really a "clock in at 9 and clock out at 5" type of job. If you want to be successful, you'll probably find yourself answering calls and handling things at random hours. - Work-life balance can be challenging at times because opportunities don't always happen during business hours. - The freedom comes with a lot of responsibility, and not everyone is comfortable with that.
