Pros
I had a great experience at Proscape. If you show up and be proactive, and contribute to the team, you will be successful. If you follow the above, you will be given the freedom to explore things beyond your job description. This is great for both personal and professional growth, and will lead to a prosperous future, if you ultimately don't stay here. The product you work with is amazingly powerful. You will interact with people from all over the globe, and make some great connections and friends. The team you work with has personality - you will make some great friends, and learn a great deal while you're at it. Whether you want to end up here, or use it as a stepping stone during your career, seriously consider spending some time with Proscape. Take any of the negative reviews here with a grain of salt. There are definitely a few cases below of sour grapes. Again, it's as simple as what I wrote above - be proactive and contribute, and you will enjoy your stay.
Cons
Of course there are cons with any company. If you follow the above, these cons fall under the "slightly annoying" category, rather than the "toxic environment avoid" category. You may have to take a call at 7pm. But it's an international company, so it should be expected. Occasionally, issues that most certainly not emergencies are treated as emergencies. This led to a little frustration, but always worked out one way or another in the end. No dogs in the office. Like I said - small issues. And the good far outweighs the bad.
