Friendly environment, interesting work, a comfortable learning atmosphere. Plenty of team building events weekly.

Cons

No room to grow within the company unless apart of the marketing team or a senior member of another team. Unless hired as a salaried employee, your position may not be as secure as led to believe.

I left ProScape in 2017. I was there for several years and they had a good concept in the products but the execution and sales were quite poor.

Cons

Proscape mgt didn't value their employees and wasn't interested their feelings or concerns about the organization.
