ProService constantly evaluates itself to make sure they are doing what is right for their clients and their employees. There's a core set of values that the instill in all the employees and expect them to deliver on. The company asks a lot of you and in return they give a lot back to you.
Cons
As mentioned above, a lot is asked of you, so the company isn't for everyone. Individuals go through a rigorous hiring process, so there are a lot of talented individuals at the company and they expect new people coming in to be just as talented.
