Pros
great company to work for. They do a good job of compensating their employees and helping the struggling reps get their footing. As long as you show you are trying your hardest and are providing open communication they will work with you on just about everything.
Cons
The follow through by some of the senior reps is not as as good as to be expected in this industry or in a company in general. Also the amount of micromanaging that occurs sometimes inhibits the time spent making sales or reaching out to clients. Also the front office doesn't always work well with the back office logistically speaking.
