Pros

We take our mission seriously here. Helping neurodivergent adults live happier, healthier lives actually drives how decisions get made. The team is incredibly smart, hardworking, and genuinely cares about the people we serve. Ben is an excellent CEO who sets a clear vision, and Rachel and the clinical leadership team are true experts. You can feel that in the quality of care we deliver.

Cons

ike any scaling startup, we're still figuring some things out. We've been very client-first (which is the right priority), and now we're working on becoming more clinician-focused as we grow. It's a work in progress but heading in the right direction.

Pros

Prosper Health is building something that is changing the lives of our clients. I can truly feel that everyone who works at Prosper cares about the mission, and that we are building something that can scale really well. The people at Prosper are incredibly intelligent and driven to make changes happen. From the operations team to the clinicians, everyone really cares about making Prosper a great service.

Cons

Not a ton, but the workload can really pile up if you don't stay on top of your work. There are so many people managing multiple teams and projects, so it's easy for things to get dropped if you aren't staying on it. Priorities change frequently.
