Disappointing - Customer Service Advocate Prosperity Bank Employee Review

Supervisors don't supervise. Seniority only counts when the supervisors need to fall back on it. Favorites are quickly selected. Software systems are not great, which makes the customers suffer. Overall, HR practices for this company are awful. Transfers to other departments are very difficult to get approved.
