Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee Prosperity Bank Employee Review

The particular banking center I worked at was the most toxic and negative working environment I’ve ever experienced. When 4 other employees walk out on their job for the exact same reason, that’s a major red flag. The company is complicit in allowing a hostile work environment. The mental strain and emotional strain I experienced during my almost 3 years of employment is unparalleled to any other places I’ve work. I strongly recommend anyone interested in working for this company to completely avoid the Berry St. location. It’s a living nightmare. I am still mentally recovering from my time there.
