Pros

Community bank environment, Low sales pressure , no micromanagement at all. Bankers don't work Saturdays, only the drive tru is open 8-1pm. CEO is decent, good communicator and friendly.

Cons

The pay is about 20-25% than working at other banks. Personal health insurance its priced or but adding one family member will cost you over $350 monthly (not family just child) Only given 2 options with high deductible to meet 4k and after that they cover 70% only. It was much better with Legacy Texas before the bank merged. Must employees left and new employees must of the time are under qualified, same as management. Extremely disappointing for experienced employees. Not much growing opportunities.
