      The only pro I could say would be the other employees. Most are pretty cool

      Cons

      The company does not care about employees well being. They will be upset if you miss work during a flood or tornado. Anything life threatening doesn’t matter. They expect for you to swim to work.

      A great place to work. Good work life balance. Coppell team made the job enjoyable, customers relate to the coppell staff.

      Low Benefits as compared to market. Health insurance is expensive
