Ehh - Business Analyst Prosperity Bank Employee Review

Bad management. Very old school tech + mindset. If you go above and beyond, you’re just “meeting expectations” (because going above and beyond is their expectation). 100% of quota gets you a 3/5 rating. Mindset is work 8-6 and be available all night. Very little promotion movement. It’s fine but that’s all. Most people there are stressed all the time or unhappy unless they’re a higher up in which case they’re rarely in office. But everyone else is in 5 days a week 8-6. This was all just my take/ opinion/ observation during my time there. Others may have a great one.
