Pros

None. There is nothing positive to say about this company, it’s always some madness going on.

Cons

Everything, company is completely unprofessional. There’s always mishaps going on with pay stubs, you can’t get in contact with anyone, they don’t pay you when it’s time. This company is definitely not worth the hassle, there are plenty of security jobs that are much better than this and pay more. We don’t even get holiday pay while working on holidays. Securitas would be a better company than Protech.

Pros

I can only speak about the account I worked for, but everyone was always helpful and professional. Pay was steadily increased, and time off was easy to get.

Cons

Upward mobility was limited, and onboarding process was unnecessarily long. I was tested on my ability to use a 10-key keypad, lol.
