Great culture, great community, very mission-driven, and fulfilling work.
Cons
There's always more work to be done than there's time for. That's the nature of this work. Management is very supportive in keeping work hours at 40, and very helpful in prioritizing. But if you're the kind of person who can't say no to an unending to-do list, you will struggle.
