There was some disorganization, but management was receptive to positive change

Inclusive environment, great staff appreciation, great benefits, great work-life balance, little travel, relaxed atmosphere, pride in doing great work

Job was great and relaxed at the beginning, but became intense and out of my job description/abilities. The shift was likely temporary, but it was so negative that it wass unsustainable even for that period.
