Pros

Relatively small business (in Aus), with the benefits of a large international business. E.g. - first name basis with Australian leadership team and relatively flat hierarchy. - leadership invested in your career and development. - opportunities to move overseas with Protiviti or work on international projects. Protiviti offers great flexibility in terms of work location and times.

Cons

Consulting is a somewhat demanding profession and you are always accountable for your changeability and KPIs. Protiviti is a relationship based business, so you need to develop your internal network to ensure you're booked on projects.

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
