      The experience is very good and the different kind of clients in different industries makes you learn alot in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      The workload however i would like to note that it depends on the project and timeline and sometimes you do have breathing space between projects to recover.

      If you are not assigned to a client, you could be on the bench which will affect your bonus.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
