      Pros

      Open environment which gives you a lot of freedom to learn, take risks, change processes and policies which you feel is not working effectively. Very good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of new tools and technology to do the work. Still work on MS Office tools rather than using new systems and tools available in the market.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
