      Really friendly across all levels. Leadership is proactive and challenging. Lots of motivated and smart people working here.

      Smaller scale than Big4, so if you need extensive support then not the best place for you.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
