      Good environment, with colleagues work together and the work-life balance is also adequate. Besides, the up-to-date knowledge delivery is also notable.

      Cons

      The work routine is rather simple and most of the time the projects are about internal control or sox compliance. Business improvement or other operational consulting work opportunity is comparatively in short.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
