      Great firm to work for, innovative in their approach. Managing Directors are all 100% committed to the outcome of th office. New offices based in the Shard. Great Diversity within the office and an environment that supports you both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      You need to be able to step up and drive your own career. We really need to continue to drive our brand recognition in the market and really push our brand out as much as we can.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
